Our only private lending criteria is that the any loans must be made for California property that is not owner occupied (where the owner does not live in the property). No Income or Tax Documentation

6 to 36 Month Terms
All loans have a 6 month minimum term but many loans are offered funded with longer terms, such as 2 to 3 years.
