Union Home Loan is a private money lender that offers hard cash loans that are secured against real estate or residential property. The difference between Union Home Loan and a traditional bank is that Union Home Loan makes all loan approval decisions internally and sources its funds from private investors. This means that Union Home Loan can act more quickly in funding home equity loans to its clients. It’s easiest to think of private money lenders as the faster, more flexible, alternative method for financing home equity loans. Our only two caveats are that we do not provide owner-occupied loans and we do not make loans for properties located outside of California!

Union Home Loan’s hard money lending process regularly lends funds to residential property owners along with a note and deed of trust secured against the borrower’s residential property. Because of the speed and flexibility, Union Home Loan requires a higher interest rate and is typically used for short-term home equity financing (i.e 1-3 years).
